`Great when it works but it doesn't always work. every few weeks the"timer" just stops working. the schedule is still there saying the plug should turn on at 7:00 pm but it just doesn't turn on. I usually have to pull the plug out of the wall and plug it back in again. easy enough of I'm home but when I use these to turn on the lights when I'm away they're unreliable. I now but only wemo smart devices`,

This is really a poorly designed app. (1) Why not be able to set on & off times in the same screen? (2) Can't select a new network without starting over from scratch. (3) Loses scheduling of on/off times.

Filed complaint with company because I have had to delete and redownload this app numerous times. The screen that shows what devices are controlled partially loads and won't refresh. Otherwise it works as advertised.

If I could give this app a half star review I woild. This app is poorly designed and doesn't work half of the time. Not sure if it's just the device I have but the app will turn off my lamp randomly all throughout the day and will disconnected whenever I enter the app No updates for my phone, the app, or the device are available and my wifi strength is strong.

Can't connect to lamp LT-T7. Not via the easy way or the other method. Wifi is 2.4 and got the correct blinking state as stated on the app. Yet nothing. Successfully connected twice but kept getting disconnected (device not connected to WiFi)."
