Art Science Node application: CHIC Molecular Cooking is a free app created in the frame of the CHIC Innovation Consortium Project / EU Horizon 2000. It explores the science and art of cooking, raising awareness of healthy food and alternative ingredients like inulin (extracted from chicory roots and replacing sugar).
