Mahila Mates (Women Supervisor)

Under MGNREGA (Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Act), the government of Uttar Pradesh state Cell has identified 18000 potential women to supervise the MGNREGA work at the village level. These rural women need to be trained on the technical aspects of the MGNREGA work. The government of Uttar Pradesh has decided to get the registration of these identified women through an android based application. The registration requires personal information, qualification etc. These women will also be provided some technical knowledge through application. Therefore, the application is critical for the state government in the process of getting the potential women on board and also to develop their capacity to function efficiently.
