Comments:
I've used this app and I really enjoy the running/cardio plans. I use mainly the treadmill section since it's dark when I get up to run and I have no desire to be eaten by a cougar. Some of the voice cues are a bit confusing at first, but as you get used to the different trainers, you figure out their style for the cues. Love it, will keep using!
Good workouts but confusing app and not well made. No way to search for a workout. No way to listen to your own music in the background (and music in the app is not the best). And no description of the actual workout in the description (eg. the interval workouts, if it's 8 times 1min fast-1min slow, it's not written, but just described in the audio. So if your looking for a particular type of workouts you can't really know what you're getting into)
Great app but needs some more features like a record of the workouts you've completed and a way to rate them for future reference. Also the stretch ones I've tried don't have videos which would be useful. Sometimes the music is too loud and you can't hear the trainer's voice
I've been using this app for a few months during lockdown and love it. Clear instructions, demonstration videos in the app so you can always see what you need to do. Works really well. Positive messages in the classes and a real sense that it's ok to adjust excercises so they work for you.
Really like this app and exercises. Most importantly, the team's super quick response in fixing the issue where the screen was locking again and again, while viewing the exercises in video tab, during the exercise. I reported it and they fixed it so fast. Customer service at its best."
