I actually loved the app but every time I try to log in on my laptop it doesn't work yet when I use the EXACT SAME information for my phone it lets me in just fine (same app on both devices) yet only can log in on my phone. Even when I'm logged in on my phone it continues to log me back out so I have to log in EVERY time I use the app. Too much going on wish I could give half a star!!! I've sent email looked up how to get help and still nothing App is deleted. Makes no sense for all this. TRASH!
EDITED - OK after the first few tries and restarting my phone. I can watch videos now. I gave 3 stars to stay in the middle. I'll try it out for a while and update my review.
DOESN'T GIVE VIEWER SUBTITLES SETTINGS OPTIONS; SUBTITLES GET LOST IN THE BACKGROUND. CUSTOMER VISION IMPAIRMENT NEEDS HAVEN'T BEEN TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION. NEED TO BE ABLE TO ADJUST TYPE OF TEXT, SIZE OF TEXT, TEXT COLOR, BACKGROUND COLOR, WINDOW, ETC.. THIS IS THE FIRST PAID APP, I'VE VIEWED, THAT DOESN'T MAKE THESE CHANGES POSSIBLE.
I'm really liking this app so far. Both Viki and AsianCrush work well, especially when one doesnt have the drama I'm seeking.. My only problem is that im tired of the screen continuously shifting. I like to watch shows on my mobile device in bed while laying sideways , so adding screen-lock would help a bunch... Will give 5 stars once fixed.
Cannot change from full to widescreen. Movies generally begin from beginning even though I pin it so I can continue later. No phone # to call. I love this app, ergo, keep trying to get whatI paid for on my PREMIUM account'
