Same issues as described by Justin Anon. Though I woudn't say I 'hate' the App. It just doesn't work. I cannot register or complete the process of logging in. When I want to confirm my email address via the link provided the procedure halts telling me I haven't yet installed the app, which is a prerequisite. In Google, to play online the app, I am shown it is already installed. So there. Despite complaining and speaking to the company which installed the lift, there seems - after 8 months - no remedy in sight.
Simply does not work. Registration is impossible as it errors when good information is entered. Appalling.
