This app need to develop more because if we forgot the password we couldn't reset the password easyly we don't get the OTP to reset the password.
1. App requires more robustness and user friendly. 2. Timely updation of data are missing and needs to be checked so that user get real time information. 3. User Interface needs to more vibrant and catchy so that user feels good in using the app. 4. Regular updates and dedicated server required for so that user gets all the details from the app meant for. 5. Contact details for registering app related problems and troubleshoot needs to be incorporated.
The application is fine, but after entering this grievance, the rating message that comes after the closs is not correct. Because when you give a message with a rating, no one can do it by mistake, they do not know what to write, because of this there is a lot of problem. That msg gets further pending.
Its funny this app I had entered my name as per service record but it shows enter correct name what a correction
None of the internal contents of this app is updated, 99% of the sub-sections are blank or wrongly entered ... almost all of my colleagues and everyone who have installed this app reported the same issue. Some improvements in interface but none in the contents of the app. Please solve the issues soon'
