I tried to use this app during a two-week river cruise to provide feedback and satisfaction ratings. I spent a long time, completing each section and had intended to check the details and submit the data after the cruise. I wish I hadn't wasted my time, because having returned home yesterday, APT updated the app. Everything I had saved using the previous version of the app had disappeared and the new app produces a blank screen. Sorry APT, but you will not receive any on-line feedback from me.
The worst travel APP I 've ever used. Small operators have done much better. For a large travel company who has been around for a long time you would think they would invest on something that is a bit better than what they are currently offering to very frustrated customers. Wasted a lot of time trying to play online both e-document and logging in to their App. Also, they supposedly have sent our travel doc via courier last week. It must be delivered by a donkey. Still no sign of it. First & time I'll book with APT. Not happy at all.
Took ages to play online and kept crashing!! Had to keep redoing sections. Took twice as long as it should have done. Not impressed. Unlike our tour guide who was brilliant, the app needs to improve.
Have been trying to open this app for many days now, but it just keeps circling saying..."validating". I have to close it down and try again. It is not worth keeping it installed. APT needs to review and change it.
Never loads properly I have tried about 20 times. It is blooming useless site/app. APT need to fix this Now. We are going on a cruise with them I hope the cruise is much better than this app. Not happy Jane.'
