CHANGE_WIFI_STATE/ACCESS_WIFI_STATE : to lock wifi

BLUETOOTH_ADMIN/BLUETOOTH : to lock bluetooth

RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED : to be able to lock apps again after reboot

SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW : to show a dialog for new installed app to lock it

PROCESS_OUTGOING_CALLS : to allow applock to be opened from dialer

WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE : to move images and videos in and out of vault
