Used to be great but drivers recently have appalling attitudes, frequently late, on the phone whilst driving or stereo at full volume, derogatory towards women passengers with abusive language, won't stop where requested instead stopping wherever they feel like. You will still get great drivers but they are very few & far between now. Will not be using again after tonight's abusive driver
Cannot fault Amber use them at least once a week for a shopping trip with a return journey. The office staff are so helpful as are the drivers. As a ‘mature’ lady both drivers and office staff look after me. Highly recommended to family and friends.
Horrible driver. I booked a cab to Airport in advance a day before and paid by card. The driver almost fall asleep behind the vehicle. I didn't feel safe at all. Nothing professional. In fact the crazy idiot went on short stay parking for 10£ I had to pay aswell...
