Use UptoPlay to play online the game Agents & Sitters.
In essence there is a pool of sitters in the app, sorted per region. As soon as an agent posts a viewing, any sitter who is in the area and available can respond and secure the viewing for that particular agent.
Once agent and sitter close a deal, agents give a percentage of their monthly
rental profit to the sitter for the period of the rental. If it is a sale deal the agent pays the
sitter a once off fee of the closed deal, alternatively every time an agent has a viewing
they pay the sitter an agreed fee.
