Just had this fitted today,installer never even mentioned the app?Can't connect to the network either way, disappointing...
Concept is good, but definitely not been tested properly. Despite my plumber (eventually) getting it to let him in, and adding/naming my filter, there are none showing up in the app. You can't add new a one because the prev/next buttons are 99% covered by the adey logo and by the time you manage to hit the one pixel available the filter has timed out.
Says unable to find filter even though steps are followed exactly. Definitely the worst app I've ever seen. Adey just can't be bothered to do anything about it
Appalling. The app won't connect to the filter. To say it's badly written doesn't cover it. It's useless. Looking at the reviews, I don't think anyone has got this to work. Save your money and buy a different filter. It their hardware is anything like their software it will be garbage.
Badly broken, my installer wasn't aware of the filter capability, I don't think, they cover the warranty. So, i registered as an installer with the pro app, and set up in 3 min flat. Tried the home one, obviously able to connect wifi wise, as already saved password, but the app can't. Utterly broken it seems, so will just use the installer app to access from supplier webserver!"
