Support button literally does nothing. I downloaded it because their website says the app is prioritized. So I installed it, and it appears to be a browser that goes to their website, not a true app. I hate apps that are actually just a web browser that shows their website. UPDATE: I have to open the menu, and LONG CLICK on "support" to get a sub menu. This is worse than their website!
My app was working fine and able to pay my bill on time, and since this upgrade I haven't been able to log in with my info. Tried the forget username and password route, didn't work, no response. Also tried calling cs number, nothing but a 20min hold. Just emailed them and supposively have a representative contact me within 72hrs. Its ridiculous.
Garbage on motorola edge. The menu DOES NOT WORK AT ALL. I need to enter a support ticket because my business internet is down, and I cannot do that through the app because it is not usable. Highly dissatisfied with this sub-par product.
I wish I could give it negative stars to accurately reflect just how much it sucks. App crashes before you can even get logged in to view anything. Many months later it's even worse. Awful company.
Stupid app has one tiny line in center for user name. I fill it in, nothing happens, and there is only your logo line and the word "help" on the right ! I press that and it comes on another page asking if I ddont know my password, which I do! But no place to fill in!'
