The ATL Mobile App allows security operatives to record incidents and occurrences on a set or location over a given shift, producing a formal record for auditing and reporting. The data is uploaded to a central database back-end to allow statistical analysis and generate reports.

Access to the app:
The app requires an access key that is generated at the back end and emailed to the operative before it will offer any functionality. Following the installation of the access key, the user will be asked to set up a password so that future access is only possible once a password is entered. Once logged in the operative is able to access the main menu of the app where they can start their shift, log occurrences and file incident reports.

Shift Logging:
Operatives will be able to create a record of their shifts. The form operates in 2 modes enabling a shift to be started and completed.

Daily Occurrence Records (DOR):
Operatives can keep track of events that happen on assignments that they are working on to generate a complete log of activity on each production/location. DORs can be of numerous types, set via a pick list. When the DOR is complete the record will be sent to the back end via an API if a connection is available, otherwise the record will be stored until a connection becomes available.

Incident Reports:
Incident reports are required whenever an Operative enters a DOR of type Incident. Incident Reports will be stored for subsequent transmission if no connection is available at the point of submission.

Record count:
A count of the records waiting to send will be displayed in the top bar of the app.

Back-end API:
The admin system is a browser based facility that enables authorised personnel to set up operatives to access the app, set up production, location and position details and view log records entered by the operatives.
