Just downloaded this app. Nothing seems to be working. Sure it let me log in, but there is no information on my current requests. Cant get anything to pop up foe upcoming events. Won't let me enter or save any cast information.
Doesn't work! I supposedly have both of my email addresses registered which I know isn't true. Then I have the incorrect password which it won't let me retrieve. Nothing comes up. It's totally blank. What's going on?
This is so frustrating. Nothing appears in the app, which makes it useless. On the website, it keeps asking me to update my birthday but never accepts it. So I can't apply for any ticket. Useless app and website.
App is useless. Does not show my tickets or anything in the future. I can login but that is all.
I just redownloaded the app after 2 years after applying for tickets to an upcoming event & I am not even able to log in into my account. No events show up on the app accept for James Corden, no matter what filters you use. I have checked online & this is an issue happened to everyone. Hoping this doesn't interfere with me being able to attend any events if I were to receive tickets"
