On 3 occassios an item ordered was substituted with no notification. After making them aware of the mistake they acknowledged the first mistake a gave me credit. The other 2 deliveries that specifically said no substitutions where not acknowledged at all. If an item ordered is not available then credit should be given or at least a phone call to ask if another item would be acceptable. In addition if an item is no longer being stocked then it should be removed from your site.'
