WorkCare App powered by Concorde Health connects employees to licensed clinicians for work-related injury assessment, care guidance, and exercise/health coaching based on best medical practices. Easy-to-use features promote employee well-being. Users receive individualized direction related to injury prevention, early intervention and rapid recovery. The app enquires about symptoms, pain level and functional limitations. Employees with a work-related health concern are able to speak immediately with a qualified medical professional or schedule a virtual appointment. Functions include My Care, My Events and Messages. Coaching on exercises is based on clinically validated employee health pathways. The app protects personal confidentiality and is compliant with federal medical record security and privacy laws. Employers may use aggregate data on injury trends and types to develop targeted workplace safety interventions and promote optimal employee health outcomes. Completely broken garbage. You get a login prompt that is completely different from the account you created on the website and attempting to create an account results in "Something went wrong": yeah, this app did.

This is not the Workcare app. Searching "workcareapps" results in the correct app as pointed out below. This should be pulled from the play store
