Wasichana Wetu Wafaulu is a top UK charity organization providing education services for public benefit in the UK, Kenya and Internationally. Education Trust has a strong commitment to Sub Saharan Africa and has been working in Somalia, Rwanda, Ethiopia, Zimbabwe, South Africa and Kenya in particular. Education Trust in partnership with Concern the Ministry of Education Science & Technology is implementing a DFID funded five year project. Our ambitious vision for our GEC Transition (GEC-T) project Wasichana Wetu Wafaulu (Let Our Girls Succeed) is that it will enable each of our 72,000 beneficiaries, achieve improved learning outcomes and transition successfully to a productive and positive next phase. Through this project our beneficiaries will gain the skills, qualifications and confidence required to take control of their lives. These learning outcomes will be achieved in over 521 primary schools, school communities and 45 secondary schools in eight counties of Turkana, Samburu, Marsabit, Kwale, Kilifi, Tana River, Nairobi and Mombasa in Kenya.
