Comments:
App is nowhere near super dispatch reliability and functionality. It seems you must have access to the internet to save data, so when the frequent crashes take place, you loose the photos and when completing the load in an area with no service you just have to hope the photos and signatures don't disappear when it finally uploads later.
I have to take multiple pictures (over 20) at times in order to get 1 that will save. When you are taking 4 or more pictures this can be extremely time consuming. I have notified the company to no avail. I use at least 10 different apps to take pictures and mark damage and this is by far the most time consuming.
This app is horrible. Between the constant crashing, inspection pictures not saving, and signatures not saving it's completely useless. I use multiple apps for various brokers and this is by far the worst one. Also marking damage is not as complicated as made by this app. Even if the app by chance works as intended. It take 10-15 mins extra per vehicle just marking the damages. Ridiculous.
One day the app began to crash each time I selected my load information. Tried calling support but had to wait 2hrs before someone answered the phone. Support has yet to resolve my issue or contact me with a status update or additional assistance. Meanwhile, all my loads are transferred to Super dispatch which is working great. Honestly, one star is being generous...
It doesn't let customer sign the inspection on vertical. Also shuts the app off when taking pictures (I don't know if it is signal related). It could use the phone memory until it is uploaded to the server, then, deleted. *android phone."
