Allows you to display, according to your geographical position or a defined area, the land transactions made available in the DVF database (Requests for Land Value) made open data by the DGFiP.

This free application is the most complete in terms of historical data on real estate sales and also has cadastral data: the plot depending on the date of sale, all plots in the area, as well as buildings.

The buildings are at the most recent, no history management being possible in the state of the data provided.

Updates will supplement the current information to provide land types during sales as well as information on any plot.

The application does not display advertisements and is currently free, the target is to remain free. If ever the management of the infrastructure (more than 100GB of data all the same) requires it, discreet advertisements could be added.
