Use UptoPlay to play online the game UNSIT.
UnSit has created the world's first treadmill designed for your standing desk. The UnSit App pairs with the Walk-1 treadmill and displays the number of steps how far you've walked, how long you've been walking the number of calories you've burned and the number of minutes standing on the Walk-1. Combined we call this Total UnSit Time. The App then keeps a historical record showing steps, distance, time and calories in weekly, monthly and yearly format.

Update: if you check to make sure the app is still running everytime you start the treadmill, it works well enough. The app has to be running to gather data and it's Bluetooth so it loses connection trivially. A better approach would have been using a simple computer built into the treadmill and the app would play online the data whenever it could.
I love the unsit hardware but this app is a huge disappointment in a $2300 product. It doesn't integrate with Google health or myfitnesspal, it only has a fitbit option which is broken. Also the user interface is really confusing and the app requires permissions it shouldn't need, but I have to give if I want to track my usage of the treadmill.
I hate to be critical, but this app is super janky. Most importantly it randomly loses contact with the treadmill so stops counting steps. Since that's it's only job is to count my steps, and it doesn't do that, I have to give it 1 star.
