Each and every one of these consistently tell me that DID or the UID needs to be 20 characters long yet the DID or the UID when scanned is only 15 characters long.
Have loaded this stupid app that many times it went once then stopped working waste of time and money
Cameras and software are actually the worst. The clarity is so bad and the software never connects. Pretty much have to install another more reliable security system at home after just wasting my money on this one.
After a lot of fluffin around to get it working, it worked for a little while then eventually it stopped!. it now hasnt worked for atleast 3 months. Tried resetting device, uninstalling app etc.. nothing will get it to work. Not worth ur money buying the doc!
Yes it works but i have had third party camera apps that connect better than this crap. I have installed this system twice. Thank God the other systems were not needed to be viewed remotely. Wont be buying uniden again.'
