This free App from Trips In The Cloud (TITC) helps you in an easy way to manage your tax mileage registration.

To use this App, you must have a GPS from TITC in your car. This can be a plug & play GPS that you buy from TITC and that you plug into the OBD2 connection of your car without an installer. You can then view all your journeys via the website www.tripsinthecloud.com or via this App.

This App offers you the opportunity to conduct a conclusive kilometer registration that meets the requirements of the Dutch Tax Authorities.

The following information is available within the App:

Start time and end time of the ride
Start and end address of the ride
Distance of the trip (road covered)
The character of a ride (private or business)
Number of private detour kilometers for a business trip
Description of the detour kilometres
Route traveled clearly shown on the map (including start and end location)
Overview of previous rides
Total number of private or business kilometers driven
Mileage of your car (at least every 2 months)

All information from the App is also available in a Web Application after logging in. You can then also generate a PDF or Excel with all journeys made.
