Room entry and exit information will be linked with groupware (Office 365, G - sute) and will solve problems related to conferences including color reservations.

Find vacant rooms and make a reservation now
If you use the "Book now" feature, you will be able to search & book vacant conference rooms by smartphone even if a sudden meeting is entered.
Since you will not have to return to the seat or ask the receptionist, you can realize a smooth, stress-free meeting room use.

Automatic release of unused conference rooms
Automatically releases conference rooms that have been reserved and not in use at the set time.
It becomes a color reservation countermeasure and improves the use efficiency of the meeting room.

Collect usage and analyze Improve
"Touch-mee" will provide the usage status of the meeting room as log data.
Problems related to the conference room, such as many color reservations and meetings not being completed on time, can be solved by analyzing this log data.
