I hate that this hasn't been worked on. I used Tomboy and this works almost as well. I wish they'd work on it; I'd even pay for an app like this because none of the major apps like OneNote even come close! I love this app so much. If they start working on it again, I'd like to see where you can open more than one window at a time, and where changing the name of a note changes the wording of the links to it in other notes.
Wow, abandoned? Not worked on for years? Why, it's fantastic, just needs to be modernized!
Works as intended. zaphod - Tomboy or tomboy-ng ignore #13, it does not matter. I routinely sync between Windows, Linux, Mac and Android. k me - no one is developing Tomdroid anymore, source code is on github under Tomboy, have a go ! Note that Tomboy does not work with Tomboy's notebooks, sad. tomboy-ng for Windows, Linux and Mac still under active development.
I would love proper Android version but this is way old, doesn't have all the features of Tomboy (it was dumb renaming, searching droid port of app on Play Store, I tell you Tomboy doesn't get the right result; ADD Mobile or For Android to name if you need to state obvious. The sync methods are not compatible with other versions; sync via SSH is why I switched to Tomboy on my PC's; I guess I'll have to port it myself; it's Free& Open Source, this port is too, so it be a starting point.
Still works on android 9 despite not seeing development for years. I sync notes between Android, windows and linux devices using syncthing.'
