All this app does - calculates a simple arctan to get the tilt angle. Which is useless in real life. The only reliable way to do anything with tilt-shift lens is to use classical iterative focusing procedure which is not even mentioned in the help. Apparently 100 people paid for this app. No words... Giving 2 instead of 1 for the marketing idea.'
