A couple issues with this app. I cannot find the letters page. I also get and app icon badge showing new articles but when you open them they open in the internet explorer and not the app. I think it would be a better experience if this app was made the same way as the Sunday Times using press reader. Will be cancelling my subscription.

Very poorly developed app. 1) it cannot be closed when required. 2) After reading an article it forces you to view a list of articles which are so outdated,before you can go to the main menu. 3) You cannot go to the main menu anyway after reading an article because the app will not allow you too. 4) This app has always had issues and all in all a very poor showing.

Not terribly user friendly. And takes FOREVER to connect when trying to get in. On more than one occasion I've given up. There are too many old articles at the beginning, you have to check the dates to see if it is 'new' news or not. Sad, the Citizen was my newspaper of choice.

App freezes every time you exit an article that you have finished reading. You then need to log out of the app completely and log back for it to reset and unfreeze. This happens so often it feels as if it is every time. Its been months since I posted the complaint. and till now f$^@_all has been done about it

News content good. However app is very slow to open, freezes often and site "hangs" requiring mobile reboot. The fault/s could be due to my location (Asia Pacific)'
