`Everything works perfectly. Superb TV guide, instant and plenty of info. Can also see set timers and recordings. I can change channel, volume, etc on my phone. Don't know why the score is so low. Try it at least. Downloaded and used within a second, auto found my Techwood 55" TV. Nicer layout than my Panasonic and LG apps I don't bother with.`,What's the point of adding Alexa support if the app will not connect to the TV, Google should take this app down until the developer fixes the no connection bug if there are no TV channels due to only using hdmi. At the moment this app is rubbish and gives Techwood a very bad name, I would not recommend them to anyone that is thinking of buying an Alexa enabled TV
Does not work, just get message saying 'getting channels list'...then you get to watch the wee circle going round and round and round and...well you get the point. Nothing actually happens, TOTALLY USELESS APP... not even worth 1 star but have got to give it something...
Lazy software dev didn't put in a timeout for getting the channel list. it's a smart tv - many will use without tv channels installed. therefore app hangs, therefore app is unusable.
I don't have channels installed (hdmi input only). The app when first launched searches for a channel list - hence i can't therefore access the app at all. Endless loading circle for me."
