App crashes every time I try upload a photo for a claim. How else are you meant to upload a screenshot or a saved transaction as proof of payment? I can only take a photo. How can I take a photo of a screenshot on screen? You can't
App does what it says but they need to add tap and go for NFC. Other providers have this and I hate carrying the physical card.
As usual it took more than an hour to submit a claim that should have taken a couple of minutes. When I sent them an email telling them this their reply was that huge numbers of claims were being submitted via their App and it is a great app ... IF IT WAS A GREAT APP IT WOULD HAVE MORE THAN 1.8 STARS. My last claim took 4 hours of phone calls to finally have it accepted ... Why am I wasting more time writing this, they clearly don't give a stuff.
I was forced to update the app as my claim wouldn't load and I received an error message saying I HAD to update my app. Now i can't even log in. Seriously, test before you launch - it's 101 of running a business.
`App is terrible, can never log in, the online members section on the website rarely works for me. Still sending in forms. Much easier and less stress. Just got a text to "uprgade" to solve my issues but already running the current version. Re the response. I still can't log in. I'm back to paper forms as it's less stressful.`Page navigation:
