Taki was designed from the kids perspective to help them understand without forceful intervention. We know the best way to mediate the screen time especially for kids.
Once you start the app and hand the phone or tablet to your kids, the avatar will appear on the screen. No matter what your kids do on the device, the AI character will always be on the side of the screen and monitor your kids in real-time. It will tell your kids to sit up straight while they use helping them to keep the proper distance from screen to protect their eyes. Once the time is up, the avatar will ask your kids to let them go to bed or bathroom. Like a puppet show that ends up the usage of the day., your kids will participate to the play and act a main role helping their virtual friend on the screen.
Taki uses verbal interaction to correct the childs behavior, which is a more natural and intuitive way for kids as opposed to giving instructions in text.
