Mobile. It goes where you go. Use the location search feature to find a provider, pharmacy or clinic near you. Whether you need a specialist of general practitioner, youll have the complete TakeCare in-network provider directory at your command.
Personal. TakeCare members are able to view their member ID card information.
Simplified. TakeCare members are able to use a digital monthly fitness stamp card and wellness card (in place of the paper version).
Secure. Keeping your health information private is very important to us. You can rest assured that your information is absolutely confidential.
Who can use the TakeCare app? Everyone. Your dont have to have a TakeCare health plan to benefit from features such as the searchable provider directory.

Does not recognize my member number. Requested assistance via app twice and once vis phone call with no resolution. Just sent another request for assistance via app, we'll see if they can fix the problem. Until then, 1 star it is. Too bad can't make it a ZERO
Horrible. 10/14/2021 and still cannot access app. No service or response after emailing Tech Support with member number info. Disappointing but not surprised. Should have listened to the many others who had nothing but negative comments about this company. After this year is done, leaving TakeCare, and joining the competitor with their thousands of satisfied customers.
Needs to fix app. Won't let me load anything. Been waiting for it to load for a good 2-3 hours. And still hasnt.
App needs to be updated. Will not complete the loading progress after installing to mobile devices.
