Play this online game named Sport Psychology Survey.

This app was built for the purpose of analyzing whether smartphones usage is helping or hindering the performance and development of varsity athletes. This app studies the phone usage for student athletes and also prompts the athletes to fill-in some surveys once a month and studies self-reported information.
