- Get notified faster with real-time notifications
- Access product-specific information including license details, activation keys, release notes, and technical documentation
- Create and view support case details, including the status of your reported cases
- View basic account information such as linked accounts and switch between account profiles

Note: It is required that you have a SolarWinds Customer Portal log in to access the Customer Success mobile app. Some features and functionality are limited within the mobile app and will still require that you access the Customer Portal directly. These features and functionality are not limited to but may include things such as Account Administration, License Renewal, Software Downloads, and Upgrades and License Additions for example.
