Developed by a team of teachers and students from the department of Clinical Psychology, University of Dhaka, this app Sisyphus intends to support the students of the university who having difficulties from some very common sufferings. It is, of course, not enough for any particular psychological disorder/problem for which one must seek for some professional help for what some references have been provided here. This apps will rather help in enhancing general wellbeing and some low-intensity crisis.
All your information will be preserved with complete confidentiality.
You will have some specific documents/articles on some important issues along with some general interventions and quick relief as well. Also some additional documents you will have to enrich your overall mental health. However, anyone can utilise the general interventions and quick reliefs to do better and feel better. Try the techniques and pick some that suit you best. In case of any difficulty, please leave your comments/questions in the feedback box, a 3-members team will attend your concerns within 48 hours.
