Specialized for 40 years in the profession of butchery and delicatessen, SIAL delivers rigorously selected products throughout Corsica. We have in permanent stock the flagship products of Charcuterie, whether Cooked with a wide range of superior hams, or Dry with our hams from all walks of life. All salted meats have their place with us as well as all catering products.

Over the past few years, we have developed our ranges of meats for CHR customers and also cheeses, whether French or Italian, with the possibility of ordering them in 300gr s/v pieces.

Since 2011, my sister Valrie and I have decided to create our own production of Corsican Artisanal Charcuterie "A Maredda" from our production workshop "L'Atelu Corsu" located in Ajaccio. We are certified in VPF and AB BIO, and we are registered in the process of obtaining the IGP label.
