Very nice app teaches the techniques step by step but the videos are little fast
I never thought I could come across to learn these moves so easily with description of the steps and a short video to visually aiding me to try it out! Looking forward for new skills and moves to learn and have a better lifestyle managing my stress level which I totally need them to de-stress currently. Tips: Perhaps the short video could be converted to auto-loop play continuous allow less frequent click on play button to observe the moves motion.
