I have used ShakeHands for 1+ year and in two different cities, so I can at least say I have had a good experience being able to order locally from stores without stepping out. In both cities, I recieved updates as well as timely deliveries from the partner stores. But the app is so choppy and unreliable it honestly became easier to directly contact the store instead.
A useful retail store. A really below average app. The online payment service is slow. And their customer support process is not good. I returned old/almost expired pet food, they did not exchange or refund. Instead, they took a letter from me to give to the supplier. Now, i have to wait for the supplier to resolve my issue. Even a grocery store does not do this. The owner does not reply to email. Have been a regular customer for a year. This experience has made me reconsider...
Very professional and delivery time is less than 24 hours. Their backend call support service is very good. One of the best place to buy pet supplies.
had placed an order for product through App where delivery charges mentioned is free. now I get a call stating I have to pay charges as I have mentioned address as Malad and selected Mumbai as region. isn't it stupid? leave acknowledging their mistake, they have cancelled order verbally and haven't communicated on mail as yet. very unprofessional. hope others dont suffer this.
The service is really good with 0 delivery charge and discount rates is far better as compare to other i got the delivery at same day i love the service and my cat loved the order food thankou shake hands...highly recommend this app to ppl who love their pet do order
