Play this online game named ShadowBoxing.

Shadow Boxing is an app for existing fighters especially in boxing, kickboxing, muay thai and MMA, but it's customizable, so you can fit almost every martial art in there. You will randomly shown pictures of different moves, to which you can react. It's like a virtual opponent. You can either do, block or dodge those moves.

You can choose the speed, round time, pause time and also how many rounds you want to train. By adding your own pictures, you can easily add your own moves. Alternatively just use Shadowboxing as a round and interval timer!

Start slow and become faster every time you train.All muscles in your body work together! Workout at home or at the gym - no extra equipment required!

Remember:
This app will not show or teach you any proper martial arts technique! So please only use it, if you already have a good foundation, or are an actively training. If you want to learn any martial art, find a gym near you!
