Once you have arrived at your destination, lock up the bicycle, tap end trip, and scan the yellow QR parking area at the designated area to complete your ride

`Absolutely atrocious. This app is a complete joke, the ratings are 1.3 on average and there is a reason why. Seriously 80-90% of bikes say "faulty or reserved" when you try to reserve it. When you do get a rentable bike, half the time there's some issue, like a busted bike seat. The app itself is so shoddy. The unlocking feature has issues, the parking spots on the map are inaccurate, and it's overall a bad user experience. Truly deserving of its bad reviews.`,the business model and service concept is sound, why has this app been allowed to undermine your efforts? response to my complaint was fast, proposed resolution was fair. hope SG Bike gets over this bump and maintains a good bike service! app is a little clunky to navigate, and there are real life physical ops implementation issues. auto billing has caused a lot of negative remarks, but from my correspondence with them, its is probably accurate to say that the auto billing message was presented, but often ignored by the user.
Be careful of the promotional Bike Pass. After paying $3.90, it does NOT work. When you try to unlock the bike, it will ask you to top-up money again, instead of giving you 7 days unlimited ride capped at 30 mins stated in their T&C.
Works well and they often have free coupons on the bikes. Customer service was very helpful and responsive on WhatsApp. Took a day or two for an email response when I didn't notice the auto renew function on a bike pass, but their response was very understanding and helpful. Overall, great service!
App keep crashing when I try to lock the bike. Also there are times when the bike is locked but it does not update the App. But mostly BEWARE of SG Bike deceitful auto renew practice.'
