Given the need to solve the needs and problems of the population of the Municipality of Santa Ana, as the Municipal Mayor of this municipality under the Administration of Engineer Gustavo Jos Acevedo Berganza, an App is created with which the population can inform this Municipality of the different inconveniences, suggestions and/or problems.
As a municipality, we seek to provide true and objective follow-up to the solution of these requests, presented by the population, placing the control lines in the different administrative units within the Mayor's Office, following up on each one of them.
This will lead Santa Ana to be a Municipality where communication between the Local Government and the Inhabitants flow directly, bringing the general population closer to the transparent Administration within the Municipal Mayor's Office of Santa Ana.
