The content is fantastic! The app keeps stopping and restarting in the middle of sessions. I recently switched to Android, and it never did this on my iPhone. I signed up for a year and love the sessions, they have helped me a lot, but the frustration of the shutdowns is overriding the anti-anxiety benefit of the sessions. I hope it can get fixed!
`You literally can't do anything without purchasing "premium which makes no sense if that's the only option. This will surely drive you crazy trying to find something that will work without paying for "premium". This app only made my issues worse. The supposed "free features" are not anything worth downloading the app for since you can get all those features else where. Those features are about 3% of the app and it's hard to navigate to find anything that you can use. This app is useless!`,This app is really useful! The process of being able to listen, meditate, and understand things that are happening with you or your life..(relationships, self worth, confidence)..and connect and change them. It also has an amazing layout and extra little things like jornals and reminders! I only wish that 97% of it wasn't only for premium, I found only 3 tracks I could listen to out of all of them. Please make more available for people who can't/dont want to get premium! -Natalie
Love this app all except you can't totally turn off the background music. If it is playing out of my phones speaker I don't notice the music but if I have headphones on I can still hear it even when I turn it all the way down. It is super distracting in my opinion. The content is worth staying for but I hope they fix this
I saw this through Pinterest so I signed up with my email. Then it tells me it's a 7 day trial and in order to cancel you have to go through the Play Store. Everyone seems to be having trouble with this app. Very sneaky. I signed up but pressed no subscription buttons do if I'm charged their will be some troubles on the part of this app. I combed the Playstore with no results on how to cancel auto renew. I uninstalled the app. I didn't sign up for a trial so I should not be charged!!!"
