Use UptoPlay to play online the game Rullers and Protractors.
Displays SAE Inch ruler, Metric (cm,mm) ruler, Machinist's ruler (10ths of an inch divisions), a 180 degree protractor, a 360 degree protractor, and a radius gague. Swipe left/right to change which ruler is aligned with the left side of the screen. This app requires no permissions.

This is a usable app. Shame my screen isn't edge to edge. Only one suggestion.. after the first use, It would be nice to turn off the Instruction text at the top of the screen. maybe a settings choice. Also, If I have two markers on the screen, should show the distance between the two. this could also be a Setting.. If More than two... the distance is always from the first marker to the current one.
