As you get wrapped up in the story, the outcome of missions becomes incredibly tense. I cant remember a simple move order in a strategy game ever being so heart-wrenching, as you sit idly by for minutes at a time (you can speed things up with a timelapse clock, though), waiting to hear back from units, or order a platoon into combat only to be met with silence.

The game itself is good, what lets it down is the controls. For instance trying to set an LZ is almost impossible as the waypoint menu is longer than the screen area, and you can't scroll through or reposition the list so cannot access the bottom way points. Deleting player applied map information other than drawings is almost impossible as well. If this was corrected then this would vastly improve the game in my opinion...
Love the idea. But would like a mission editor and to be able to play with friends. Also be nice to be able to set units more realistically. As axkmapng commander say I'd normally have at least 3 rifle platoons a weapons platoon and some kind of supporting assets. In the game you have to pick and choose things but it doesn't really feel like i am in the role I'm supposed to be representing.
Enjoyable so far, but some notes - The long press menu can clip off the screen depending on positioning & the game doesn't work with phone rotation. Please fox to unlock an extra star. I may revisit this review once I have played more.
Haven't played but, achievement introgression. Will eventually play, but like the leader boards, achievement and cloud storage, of available. Looks like a fun game though that's why I bought it at discount.
The controls can be a bit finiky at times but others its a ok game. The difficulty can be a bit tough at times also'
