Pips play online

There are 27 unique tiles that vary in three pips: shape (circle, square, or triangle), number of shapes (one, two, or three), and color (cyan, magenta, or yellow).

In the game, certain combinations of three tiles are said to make up a triple. For each one of the three categories of pips (shape, number, and color), the three tiles must display that pip as either all the same or all different. Put another way, for each pip the three tiles must avoid having two tiles showing one version of the pip and the remaining tile showing a different one.

For example, 3 cyan circles, 2 magenta circles, and 1 yellow circle form a triple, because the shape of the three tiles are all the same, while the numbers and the colors among the three tiles are all different.
