PFT-Training play online

PFT TRAINER (Physical Fitness Trainer) is an application created by the Honduran Air Force with the objective of creating a preparatory physical conditioning guide for the regulatory physical evaluation of the Armed Forces. The user will have 4 weeks of preparation where the exercises will gradually increase until reaching an adequate physical condition, to satisfactorily pass the scheduled physical evaluation. This application is developed by the company Ghocem Technologys in collaboration with Lieutenant Colonel Avi. D.E.M.A Hector Daniel Rios Martinez on behalf of the Honduran Air Force
