Terrible experience, horrible feeder and not impressed with the experience. Good in theory but did not come out well. Took us over two hours to set the damn feeder up and since day one has only caused us problems. The most recent of which has been waking us up in the middle of the night blaring the cat's food call so all the neighbours can hear, when there is no scheduled feed at that time (2am), the food call had been switched off by us a week previously, and it went off around 20 times! Crazy!
I am happy with the product in general except I can hear so much noises when I use listening option. The biggest issue is with the app. Why app needs access to phone, location and camera? This app needs only access to files and microphone... please fix it in your next update
It doesn't work, the feeder and app don't connect or open, tried all day and reset all settings. Don't waste your money on this product.
well not a good start, wouldn't know how good app is, because the bloody unit wouldn't even power up, its going back tomorrow for refund.
