Pavloks mindfulness app keeps you in the moment by giving you thoughtful nudges throughout the day. Slight vibrations and stronger snaps help you keep your attention on the things that matter.

*Whisper Wake App*
Pavloks wake up app tracks your sleep cycles and uses silent vibrations to wake you up when youre in the lightest stage without disturbing others. If that doesnt work, you can use a snap to jolt you wide awake. If that still doesnt do the trick, set an alarm that only be turned off by doing jumping jacks, ensuring you dont just wake up, but actually start the day up and running!

Pavlok 3 app also integrates with health kit so you can monitor your sleep patterns in apple health app. If you allow write access to sleep activity, new sleep tracking will automatically be recorded in the Health app when you use sleep tracking on Pavlok.
