Has a lot of room for improvement at its current version. Specially when compared to the Intercom app, which our team is usually using.
Works but needs a lot of improvement. There is an issue that requires constantly having to log in. The app is slow sometimes receiving a live chat.
Pretty much a scam. Emails dont work, backend doesn't perform as advertised. Have been trying to get a refund, but their support (Ivan) is absolute garbage. Avoid the headache, and rather get Zoho or Freshdesk.
It is really easy to manage and handle costumer questions and requests.
