I hate that you can only use 2.4 wifi but it works. It took me a few minutes to get it to work but i got it. Make sure the devices are all close togother and the vacuums power button is turned on. BUT now the remote doesnt work
I was having trouble like most of you at first. Here is the key to make it work. Bluetooth needs to be on and use 2.4G wifi, not 5G or wifi6. Make sure you have a SSID that is 2.4G only and use it, that should fix your issue.
Many improvements needed..no selective room cleaning option, depends on the predefined rectangular zone..No real-time view of cleaning there is always a lag....lots of spelling mistakes in app which shows the maturity of the company ........no notification ......App is just to turn on and off the vaccum..J30
Gotta have 2.4ghz WiFi and have your location on. Took a while to figure that out. The connection kept stopping at 90% until I just laid it in top of the thing then it paired. Confusing to set up but it works. App is easy to use and looks nice so 9/10
