Zero stars: My XP Pen Note Plus device is a brick because this app won't pair. I bought this device a couple of years ago, and it almost never paired-had to go through the whole process each time I used it, and then it was never guaranteed to pair. I saw that the app had been updated, so I reinstalled it, thinking the update to the app would have improved things. Nope. My notebook is still a brick.
Good connectivity but no digitalising of writing. And that us the whole point of the Note plus! A total waste of time and space. No stars should be an option!
Cannot find way to merge my notes, it is important to state such steps in user manual, but online pdf version isn't updated
This Verison works with S21 & Note Plus. The previous app doesn't support S21 with Note Plus.
This new app can't recognize the words and digitalize them. Am I wrong? Thank you."
